Updated to v19.1 + Alpha release!

The time has come! 

You can now dl and play Fateful Red. Its been about 6 months since we started this project.  This game is playable up to the 8th badge. This "Alpha" is a proof of concept for our Pokechat Twitch cross game. Where the data for the Arcadians were generated by our Twitch chat Pokechat Trainers. This was a fun and challenging project. My goal with the next phase here is to see how people feel about the organization and resource management of this game, as well as see if our community would like to continue development.

Know bug if you need to make a new game you have to delete your save file in your C:\Users\you\AppData\Roaming\Pokemon Essentials v19.1
